Affiliate Terms.
1. Overview
SongUp AI offers its Affiliate Program to qualified partners who refer new customers through approved affiliate links. These Affiliate Terms apply to all affiliates, publishers, and partners promoting SongUp AI across search engines, social media, content channels, email, and other online media.
By participating in the program, you agree to comply with these rules and all applicable laws, platform policies, and advertising standards. SongUp AI may modify these terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
2. Enrollment & Approval
Affiliate access is granted only after review and acceptance by SongUp AI. Enrollment does not guarantee approval, and SongUp AI may deny or revoke participation for any reason.
- Affiliates must provide accurate contact information and truthful business details.
- Approval is contingent upon program eligibility, quality of promotional channels, and adherence to SongUp AI guidelines.
- SongUp AI reserves the right to reject or suspend any applicant for suspected policy violations or poor-quality traffic.
3. Advertising and Brand Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring every promotion is truthful, clear, and compliant with applicable advertising regulations, including FTC disclosure requirements in the United States and equivalent rules globally.
- Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly disclose their financial relationship with SongUp AI wherever affiliate links are shared.
- Transparency: Do not use misleading headlines, false claims, or inaccurate comparisons to promote SongUp AI.
- Ad Networks: Paid search advertising is allowed only if it does not violate our brand bidding policy or the advertising network's terms.
- Creative Assets: Use only approved SongUp AI logos, trademarks, and marketing materials distributed by our team. Unauthorized branding is prohibited.
4. Search Term and Paid Media Restrictions
To prevent consumer confusion and protect our brand, SongUp AI prohibits bidding on our trademarks and branded search terms unless you have prior written authorization.
- Prohibited Paid Search Terms: "SongUpAI", "SongUp", "songupai", "songupai.com", and close variations, including misspellings and branded domain terms.
- Prohibited Paid Search Activities: using SongUp AI trademarked terms in keywords, ad copy, display URLs, sitelinks, or landing page metadata without express written consent.
- Allowed: generic, non-branded keywords such as "AI music generator", "online song maker", and "AI music production tool".
- Exception: any branded keyword usage must be expressly approved by SongUp AI in writing before launch.
5. Prohibited Promotions
Certain promotional practices are strictly forbidden to preserve lead quality, brand reputation, and compliance with advertising platform policies.
- Spam, unsolicited email, SMS, messaging platforms, or social media abuse.
- Misleading comparisons, false claims, or unauthorized endorsements.
- Incentivized traffic, fake registrations, automated bots, or duplicate accounts.
- Use of cloaking, hidden redirects, malicious code, or malware.
- Promotion of SongUp AI alongside prohibited or adult content, hate speech, or illegal goods and services.
- Coupon code abuse, unauthorized discount claims, or deceptive savings offers.
6. Tracking, Payment, and Commissions
Our affiliate program is proudly powered by Lemon Squeezy. Eligible commissions are paid only for verified customers who complete approved actions through properly tracked affiliate links within the 30-day cookie window.
- Commission Rate: Earn a 30% recurring commission on all subscription payments made by your referred users, for the lifetime of their active subscription.
- Cookie Window: We offer a 30-day cookie window. You will receive credit as long as the user makes their first purchase within 30 days of clicking your link.
- Payouts: Payouts are handled securely through Lemon Squeezy. Depending on your region, you can receive payments directly via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
- Self-referrals: Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase a subscription for yourself or related parties.
- Refunds: If a referred customer requests a refund or triggers a chargeback, the associated commission will be reversed and deducted from your pending payout.
7. Program Changes & Termination
SongUp AI may terminate or suspend any affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, and may update these terms at our discretion.
- SongUp AI may suspend affiliate access for suspected policy violations or suspicious traffic.
- Pending commissions may be forfeited if an affiliate is terminated for cause.
- SongUp AI may change commission rates, cookie windows, and program structure at any time.
- Affiliates are responsible for reviewing this page regularly for updates.
